Vogue

This project was an independent production by local Walkerville High School Students, Ava and Cassidy Skye. The outfit, inspiration and creative direction were self-produced by Ava and Cassidy. Here is what they had to say about the process behind this shoot:

“The shoot was inspired by those high fashion glam girls that are constantly radiating with beauty; the ones you see in flipping through the pages of Vogue, Elle and other high-fashion magazines. Linda Evangelista is one of those girls who inspired the outfits for the shoot– there is one outfit in particular that we used for reference. Mugler was also quite the inspiration when it came to choosing the power-suit. His work gives that strong, sexy, powerful-woman vibe, which I (Ava) absolutely adore and try to reference sometimes when it comes to picking out my own outfits.”
